Revolve Fitness International has developed a one‐day Core Stability Qualification designed to provide instructors with the knowledge and practical skills to deliver a range of core stability training methods in Health Clubs worldwide. Fitness Professionals will learn the skills to be
able to deliver the exercise variables using the stability ball either in a group or one‐to‐one training environment. Participants who successfully complete the qualification will be able to demonstrate an understanding of core stability, the value of functional core stability exercises and will be able to deliver core stability training to clients in a safe, effective and fun way.

The course is separated in to Outcomes.
Outcome One:
Describe the principles of Core Stability. Knowledge and/or skills Identify the benefits of Core Stability sessions. Identify how to select a Stability Ball. Identify common technique faults. Identify components of a Core Stability session. Identify the different Core Stability Exercise types.
Entry Requirements
A recognised Fitness Instructor Qualification is required prior to enrolling for this qualification. This qualification is has an assessment process.
